At Botsford Commons—A Beaumont Community, we know everyone ages differently. The need for care can vary from simply a helping hand with maintenance and home repairs to serious health conditions that require around the clock skilled care. We are truly experts in senior care and have the full continuum of care on our beautiful, wooded campus.
Continuum of Senior Care for Adults in Southeast Michigan
We offer four distinctive residential alternatives on one campus. They include:
- Independent living (condominiums and apartments)
- Senior Living Center (assisted living with services)
- Continuing Care and Skilled Nursing Center
- Bridge to Home® Transitional Rehab Program
In these four settings, older adults in southeast Michigan have access to independent living, assisted living, long-term skilled care, short term rehab, transitional rehab, specialty Alzheimer’s care, and recuperative respite suites, all on one campus. We even have a Senior Assessment Center to help older adults and their families objectively evaluate what type of care and support a senior requires.
Residents can easily transition from one type of care to another as their individual needs change.
What each level of care at Botsford Commons—A Beaumont Community has in common is our commitment to honoring each resident and patient’s choice. We emphasize respect, dignity, potential and independence in everything we do.
